The KOTI (President Oh Jaehak) held 'a Public Hearing on the Master Plan for the Development of the Consumer Logistics Service Industry' which was co-hosted and supervised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in a conference room on the 10th floor of the Post Tower in Seoul on Thursday, November 17th at 2:00 PM. The Master Plan for the Development of the Consumer Logistics Service Industry is a legal plan established every five years to set the basic direction of the development policy of the Consumer Logistics Service Industry, and is the first plan established since the Consumer Logistics Act went into effect in July last year. The KOTI has been conducting research services since May of this year to establish the master plan which was prepared through the operation of a subcommittee attended by experts in six fields, including the Industry-University-Institute Collaboration, and the collection of opinions from industry workers. In the plan, it was planned to present a basic direction for the development of the consumer logistics service industry such as innovation in consumer logistics service regulations for mobility transformation, advancement of the consumer logistics service industry, expansion of sustainable consumer logistics service infrastructure, creating a safe working condition, and strengthen consumer protection.
