On the afternoon of March 9 (Thu), the Korea Transport Institute (President Oh Jae-hak) held a conference for Gyeonggi Research Institute (President Joo Hyung-cheol), Seoul Research Institute (President Park Hyung-soo), and Incheon Research Institute (President Lee Yong-sik) in the large conference room on the 7th floor of the Gyeonggi Research Institute for a 'research on metropolitan area transportation'. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) on exchange and cooperation was signed. In the discussion that followed the conclusion of the agreement, officials from the Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Seoul Research Institutes gathered to present a wide range of opinions.
