The Dept. of Aviation Research conducts research on air traffic policies, mid- and long-range airport development, air traffic and airport safety standards, aircraft noise and emissions reductions and other issues pertaining to the aviation industry. Additionally, the Dept. of Aviation Research develops new air traffic technologies while conducting trend analyses and further research in national adaptation strategies.
